2. What this website collects
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
3. Patient data in our healthcare software
NexHIS Enterprise and Nefronix Clinic are used by hospitals and clinics to record patient care. For that data the hospital or clinic decides why and how it is processed - under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 it is the Data Fiduciary - and we process it on its behalf, under contract, only to provide, support and secure the service.
- We do not sell patient data or use it for advertising.
- Access inside our software is role-based, and changes to clinical and billing records are kept in an audit trail.
- Data is encrypted in transit and stored in secured cloud data centres or on the hospital's own servers, as the hospital chooses.
- Our staff access a hospital's data only to support that hospital, at its request, and under confidentiality obligations.
4. How long we keep data
Website enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and then for up to two years. Patient records in our software are kept for as long as the hospital requires, in line with the medical-records rules that apply to it, and are returned or deleted when the hospital's contract ends.
5. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw any consent you gave, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance.
If you are a patient, contact the hospital or clinic that treated you first - it holds your record and decides on requests about it. We will help it respond.

7. Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes affecting patient data will also be notified to the hospitals and clinics using our software.
